What I do to Keep Client's Pages Engagement Rates Above Their Competitors [Case Study]

Customer Intro

B2C service-based client who sells massage therapy sessions with over 1,6k followers on Instagram (today, Oct. 29th, 2022).

Problem/ Goal

The client needed to hire someone to manage an Instagram in aesthetics (treatments such as lymphatic drainage) and wellness and help create content around his services, health tips, and healthy recipes.

Clients risk having their Instagram pages get shadowbanned without a qualified professional. Poor quality content also hinders page conversions. Thought leadership is critical on social media. Without it, people don't see value in your services and won't buy it (even if you charge cheap).


After the onboarding call, we decided to rebuild the client's visual identity. I designed a plan and content calendar and proposed the creation of 2-3 weekly posts and organic outreach (to boost traffic, followers, and sales).

I also created a hashtag strategy plan, which is essential to avoid shadowban.

Weekly post analytics and growth analysis are also part of the service to ensure the client's page stays ahead of the competition.
