How do I successfully manage multiple social media accounts at once?



Organization: that's the word.


There's no simple trick or hack - I'm very organized regarding social media management and content creation.


That organization, in turn, frees more time for me to focus on the creative process, data analysis, courses, research, etc.


And those are the tools essential for my processes:


➡️ Trello;

➡️ Google Sheets, Drive & Docs;

➡️ Toggl Track;

➡️ WhatsApp, Slack or Skype for communication;

➡️ Metricool, Buffer, Hootsuite, or other similar platforms for social scheduling (or analysis);

➡️ Grammarly;

➡️ And mainly Ubersuggest, SEMRush, Quora and Google search for content research and ideation.


And that's pretty much it.


I also try to document each of my processes, which works like a "map" to follow.


And, of course, there is a cap of brands or clients that I can help - to ensure I have enough time to deliver the best work for each one.
